Mandy Dexter

Mandy is a registered psychologist who has owned and operated her own private practice for over 15 years. She has extensive experience in working with children and adults who experience developmental difficulties and disabilities. Mandy works passionately to ensure people have access to the highest level of service possible for her clients.

Mandy has experience as a presenter for Queensland Police Service and Ambulance staff, as well as making regular presentations to schools, health services and NGOs.

In July 2018, 60 people attended Mandy Dexter’s Trauma Informed Support Workshop. The workshop was attended by individuals from: Education Queensland, Act for Kids, QLD Health, Red Cross, Child Safety, Foundation Care, Anglicare CQ, The Smith Family, Girl’s Time Out, Relationships Australia QLD, QLD Police, Dementia Australia. The workshop was highly successful with 90% of participants indicating that they would change practice as a result of the training.
