Mandy is a registered psychologist who has owned and operated her own private practice for over 15 years. She has extensive experience working with children and adults who experience developmental difficulties and disabilities. Mandy works passionately to ensure her clients have access to the highest level of service possible.
Mandy has experience as a presenter for Queensland Police Service and Ambulance staff, as well as making regular presentations to schools, health services and NGOs. She also has experience as a forensic court report writer.
In July 2018, 60 people attended Mandy Dexter’s Trauma Informed Support Workshop. The workshop was attended by individuals from: Education Queensland, Act for Kids, QLD Health, Red Cross, Child Safety, Foundation Care, Anglicare CQ, The Smith Family, Girl’s Time Out, Relationships Australia QLD, QLD Police, Dementia Australia. The workshop was highly successful, with 90% of participants indicating they would change practice as a result of the training.

Zach can assist small businesses starting their journey by helping them to understand NDIS intricacies, business processes, developing profitable business models and state-approved policies.
Zach puts people first and is passionate about supporting clients to become innovative and independent providers. Zach has had accomplished careers in the finance, retail, and marketing sectors and draws from his experiences to learn and grow alongside his clients in the new and exciting space that is the NDIS.
Zach is also Executive Director of ISM (Independent Support Management) and Co-Founder and CEO of nFlow NDIS accounting software.
Pratik is an Australian Qualified CPA who completed a Masters Degree in Commerce at Deakin University. He has more than 15 years of experience in accounting and bookkeeping and has worked for international Tier 1 and 2 accounting firms.
Pratik can assist new or existing businesses by maintaining their bookkeeping requirements. He specialises in supporting NDIS registered and non-registered service providers. He is well versed with NDIS service plans, price guide rates, preparing books for NDIS audits and identifying errors while processing invoices. Pratik can contact suppliers and clients directly to reach a solution.
